What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone), studio data you create (clients, bookings, invoices, galleries, etc.), payment metadata (we do not store full mobile money credentials), and basic usage analytics.
How we use it
To deliver the Service, process payments, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product.
Sharing
We share data with sub-processors (hosting, database, payment gateway, email delivery) only as needed to run the Service. We never sell your data.
Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Row-Level Security to ensure each studio sees only its own data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your studio data at any time. Email hello@framzflow.app for any data request.
