1. Agreement
By signing up for FramzFlow Studio Manager ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by FramzFlow to creative studios for managing their day-to-day business operations.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in USD and may be collected in UGX via mobile money at the prevailing exchange rate shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your billing settings.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with limited features. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue creating new data.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all studio data you upload. We do not access, share or use your data except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FramzFlow's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
